Legacy Health And Rehabilitation Of Pleasant Grove LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) in Pleasant Grove, AL. Training to become a CNA is paid by the organization, allowing you to start earning while you learn.

You will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to resident comfort and high-quality care. You will work under supervision with RNs/LPNs and other CNAs, gain on-the-job experience, and prepare for the CNA exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good listening skills.
• Excellent customer service with compassion for assisting others.
• Nurse Assistant certification training is paid for by our organization.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• NA responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs; assist with more advanced care.
• On-the-job mentorship to prepare for the CNA exam and future growth.
• Contribute as a key team member within the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs, to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.
