Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our care team in Cordova, AL. You will work closely with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure patient comfort and deliver essential care.

CNA training is paid for by our organization, with opportunities to advance to CNA certification. We offer competitive hourly wages with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good listening skills.
• Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others.
• Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Nursing Assistant duties include ensuring patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs, and providing more advanced care.
• You’ll be mentored by experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam.
• Nursing assistants are key players at our facility with a variety of tasks.
