Job summary

Northway-Health-and-Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our compassionate long-term care team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

You will be mentored by experienced nurses to learn on the job and prepare for the CNA exam. Training is paid for by the facility, with opportunities for career growth, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs,to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.
