Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join a compassionate long-term care team in Cordova, AL. You will learn on the job and be mentored by experienced nurses to prepare you for the CNA exam, with paid training and no cost to you.

Starting pay is competitive with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus excellent benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Certification training for CNA is paid for by the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs,to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others


• Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
