Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a NA - Nursing Assistant in Alabama. Start training to become a CNA with no cost to you and grow within a team dedicated to compassionate resident care.

You will be mentored by experienced nurses, learn on the job, and progress through clinical ranks from NA to CNA, MAC/CMT, LPN, RN, and beyond as part of a path with increasing compensation and recognition.

Qualifications

Duties And Responsibilities

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED


• Good listening skills


• Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others


• Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.


• 18 years of age or older


• Ability to read, write and speak in English


• Bilingual is a plus
