NHS Management, LLC is seeking Nursing Assistants (NA) at our Arkansas facility. You will support residents’ comfort under RN/LPN supervision and receive mentorship to prepare for CNA certification, with paid training provided by the organization.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good listening skills.
• Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others.
• Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs, to provide more advanced care.
• You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam.
• Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.
