Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to support residents with compassionate care. You will work alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to help ensure comfort and assist with more advanced tasks as you learn on the job.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, good listening skills, excellent customer service, and English literacy. CNA certification training is paid for by our organization, and there are opportunities for career growth within the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good listening skills.
• Excellent customer service with compassion for assisting others.
• Willingness to obtain CNA certification (training paid by the organization).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• NA responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs and providing more advanced care.
• You will be mentored by experienced nurses to learn on the job and prepare for the CNA exam.
• NAs are key contributors to resident care and a compassionate team at the facility.
