Job summary

Adrian Dominican Sisters is seeking Nursing Assistants, Nurse Aides, or Caregivers (certified or not) to join our team at the Dominican Life Center. Positions are available for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a pay rate of $19.38 per hour plus a $1 shift differential and time-and-a-half after 8 hours, plus other incentives.

You will provide daily nursing and personal care to our retired Sisters, supported by a team of caregivers, LPNs and RNs in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, geriatric care, long-term care or nursing facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks typical of CNA work.
• Must undergo background check and drug screen. Mandatory yearly flu vaccine and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing and personal care to retired Sisters.
• Work alongside a team of Nursing Assistants, LPNs and RN's to deliver geriatric care.
• Assist with daily living tasks and maintain safety and comfort of residents.
