Job summary

Crouse Community Center, Inc. in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, help with sterile processing, and support patients with diverse needs while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with premiums for full-time ($3) and part-time ($2) status plus a $4.00/hour shift differential for

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Provide support to patients with special needs, including those with behavioral health conditions

Pay & Benefits

Starting base pay: $20.00 per hour

Additional pay premiums:

• Full-Time Status Premium: +$3.00/hour
• Part-Time Status Premium: +$2.00/hour
• Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour for the 2-10p, 3-11p and 11-7am shifts

Potential Earnings

• Full-Time employees on eligible shifts: $27.00/hour ($20.00+ $3.00 + $4.00)
• Part-Time employees on eligible shifts: $26.00/hour ($20.00+ $2.00 + $4.00)

Requirements
