Job summary

Regency Hospital - Macon is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our team in Macon, GA. This PRN/per diem role features 12-hour night shifts and compensation of $18.00 per hour.

You will provide compassionate patient care in a critical illness recovery hospital setting. Extensive orientation is offered; there is potential for advancement and benefits including 401k eligibility after 1,000 hours within the first anniversary or subsequent calendar year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant or CNA certification.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients and assist with movement between centers.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs and other equipment.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
