Responsibilities

• As Nursing Assistant, assist with activities of daily living and daily care tasks.
• Obtain and record vital signs and monitor health status.
• Support nursing staff and maintain a clean, safe environment for Veterans.
• Assist with restorative care, transfers, and mobility as directed.
• Document resident condition and report changes to supervisors.
