Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant role responsibilities and duties as described in the VA posting.
• Direct patient care and support under RN supervision.
• Adherence to safety, infection control and standard procedures.

Responsabilités

• Performs nursing procedures within scope of practice and policies to care for veterans.
• Works on group activities and supports treatment plans.
• Provides direct physical and emotional care to chronically ill or dying veterans.
• Utilizes equipment to promote self-care and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Mentors new employees and serves as a patient advocate in treatment planning meetings.
