Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Frisco, TX is hiring a Nursing Assistant (PCT) for the night shift. The role supports inpatient rehabilitation patients and offers a starting minimum pay of $18.00 per hour, with pay depending on experience.

Our facility focuses on compassionate care for brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological and orthopedic conditions. We provide orientation, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits including RN scholarships and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care).
• Deliver meals and snacks and document oral intake for patients.
• Turn and position immobile patients safely and assist in mobility.
• Transport patients to designated areas and treatment centers as needed.
