Qualifications

• Must have active Nurse Assistant Registry (NAR) and completed CNA courses with clinicals.
• Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
• Must be 18+ and able to read, write and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Ambulate residents and assist with transfers.
• Provide proper positioning and postural support; maintain resident positioning.
• Weigh residents and record weights accurately.
• Provide restorative and rehabilitative nursing under supervision.
• Respond to resident and family needs within scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and care team.
