Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Springfield is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our post‑ICU care team in Springfield, Missouri. This PRN/Per Diem role supports 12‑hour night shifts with a $19.00 hourly wage and a $1,750 sign‑on bonus.

As part of the patient care team, you will assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding and mobility, participate in rounds, help transport patients, and keep rooms and equipment clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant).
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
