Pay range: $18.00 - $22.42 / hour

Based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams to assist patients in their rehabilitation process.
• Help patients with daily activities.
• Promptly answer call lights.
• Report issues or progress observed.
• Reinforce rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team.
• Encourage and support patients through recovery and guide them to reach their goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within the first 90 days of hire.

Preferred Experience:

• Hospital experience preferred.
