Select Specialty Hospital-Tulsa is hiring a Nursing Assistant (NA/PCT) in Tulsa, OK for 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a). Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.38 plus shift differential, with comprehensive career growth programs and benefits.

The role involves direct patient care, daily rounds, patient transport, and maintaining a clean, safe patient environment. BLS is required within 90 days of hire; high school diploma or GED or relevant experience is accepted.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds and monitor patient well‑being.
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist with moving patients in stretchers or wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs and other equipment.
• Keep patient rooms clean and stocked; manage unit supplies as directed.

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs
• Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
