Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, is hiring a Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the direction of a Staff RN. You will assist with bathing, feeding, vital signs documentation, and post-operative positioning, while maintaining patient dignity and safety.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/HOPE within six months, STNA preferred, and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds; prior nursing assistant experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with bathing, feeding, skin and mouth care and changing bed lines.
• Collects, documents, and reports vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.).
• Assists with pre-, intra-, and post-operative care including positioning and turning.
• Reports changes in patient condition and maintains supplies.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct.
