Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver superior service to patients and internal/external clients.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Care for patients and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Document vital signs and assist with ADLs as directed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with policies.
