Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital is hiring Nursing Assistants to support basic patient care under the supervision of an RN. You will help with daily living activities, documentation, and maintaining patient rooms in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Shifts available include Evening and Night rotations. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification; nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through AHA required within new hire period.
• Nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with basic direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Report abnormal findings and changes in patient conditions to RN.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Support patient transfers/transport and use monitoring devices as directed.
• Maintain professional, safe, and efficient clinical performance.
