Qualifications

• Able to work evening, night, or day shifts and collaborate with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure patient safety during evening hours and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment per infection control policies.
• Document patient care activities accurately and communicate during shift handovers.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
