Job summary

Cura Health in Minnesota is seeking Nursing Assistants in Training to join a compassionate healthcare team. You will support nursing staff and deliver patient care while you complete CNA training, with the company paying for the course and offering hands-on experience.

Key duties include assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining safe care environments. Eligible applicants must be able to work in the United States and commit to the CNA program.

Qualifications

• Availability to take the CNA course is required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform physically demanding CNA tasks, including lifting or repositioning patients, extended standing and walking, and assisting with transfers

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status accurately.
• Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following established protocols.
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the nursing team.
• Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
