Job summary

Avera Creighton Care Center is seeking a Nurse Assistant in training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, meeting daily physical, social, and spiritual needs to maintain independence.

In this training role, you will assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and advance toward CNA certification. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and day-one PTO are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure in the state of practice within 120 days.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with good communication.

Responsibilities
