Responsibilities

• Follow plan of care established by RN for daily patient needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document vitals and care delivered per policy.
• Communicate patient information to nurse promptly.
• Respond to calls and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Assist with diagnostic prep and tests as directed.
• Attend to patient safety and sitter duties as assigned.
• Support nursing team and other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
