Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Certificate Program.
• Must meet criteria: Nursing Assistant training or CNA certification.
• 1 year or more of verifiable direct patient care experience.
• Active or recent CNA certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Follow nurse plan of care within defined timeframes, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Provide patient care appropriate to age group served.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment and communicate with the nurse.
• Report problems promptly to a professional nurse.
• Assist other nursing team members and departments as needed.
• Perform duties within approved guidelines and complete documentation.
