Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking Part-Time Nursing Assistants (Home Health Aide / Caregiver / Resident Assistant) to join our team. The role supports older adults with personal care and daily living activities in an assisted living care community.

The position offers weekend shifts (6am–2:30pm) and a pathway within a faith-based nonprofit organization focused on mission-driven care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality personal care and services to residents.
• Support residents' Personally Designed Living choices.
