Qualifications

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Competencies in person-directed elder/resident-directed care, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in support of Personally Designed Living choices, while following regulations and best practices.
