Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services’ Croixdale in Bayport, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to provide high-quality personal care on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:30pm). You will support Residents’ designed living choices with compassion and professionalism.

As a faith-based nonprofit, PHS emphasizes service, teamwork and resident well-being. Prior caregiving helps but is not required; English communication with residents is essential.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Competencies in person-directed elder/resident care, teamwork, critical thinking, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
