Regency Hospital Company in Portage, IN seeks a Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) for full-time days. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.73 per hour with weekend differentials. The role supports inpatient post-ICU patients with essential daily care, patient hygiene, and mobility assistance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital CNA experience or related certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bathing using basin-less methods and assist with oral hygiene and feeding.
• Care for patients' hair and maintain skin and oral care.
• Participate in hourly rounds to monitor patient needs.
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist movement in wheelchairs/stretchers.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs and other instruments.
• Keep patient rooms clean and organized; restock supplies as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.

Educación

High school diploma or GED

3+ years relevant work experience

BLS certification within 90 days of hire
