UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Nursing Assistant for its PRN Float Pool. You will help across different clinical areas, delivering direct patient support and basic care, guided by RNs and the Nursing Director. This role offers exposure to diverse teams and patient populations.
The position requires a High School diploma or GED, BLS, and either 2 years of experience or a valid Florida CNA license. Post-high-school training is preferred. English proficiency is essential.

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.
As a member of the Float Pool, you'll support different patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and patient populations.
