Job summary

UF Health Shands Homecare is seeking a Nursing Assistant Float Pool to support multiple patient care areas as needed. You will provide basic care and assist with comfort measures under RN guidance.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience or hold a Florida CNA license, plus BLS certification. High school diploma or GED is required; post-high-school training is preferred. English language proficiency is required.

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.
