Job Summary:
Assists in the safe care of patients as directed, maintains efficient unit operations, and provides excellent customer service. Permitted to change patients from portable O2 to wall O2.
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Current enrollment or completion of Nursing Assistant Training Program.
Registration/Certification/Licensure:
Healthcare Provider CPR and Act 33/73 clearances.
Experience:
Minimum: N/A
Preferred: Clinical experience through a Nursing Assistant Training Program or previous experience in an acute care facility.
Other Requirements:
Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy. Completion of EKG training within 1 year of hire/transfer. Responsible for safely accessing, transporting, and handling medications (prescription and non-prescription) and sharps (needles, suture kits, lancets, syringes).

- Frequent: (1/3-2/3 of day, 2.5-5.5 hrs/day, 5-24 reps/hr)
- Constant: (>2/3rd of day, >5.5 hrs/day, >24 reps/hr)
