Job summary

Garden City Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Nurse Aide for the Emergency Department to support daily patient care and safety under RN supervision.

The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate (preferred) and BLS certification, with prior acute care or clinic experience preferred. This part-time position emphasizes compassionate care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities
