Job summary

East Liverpool City Hospital in East Liverpool, OH, seeks a Nurse Aide in the Emergency Department to support the Registered Nurse team, assist with activities of daily living, and provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

This full-time night-shift role prefers a CNA certificate, requires BLS within 30 days, knowledge of medical terminology, and a minimum of six months in acute care or a physician’s office, with a focus on safety and patient

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
