Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Two years of nursing practice experience.
• One year experience in long-term care facility services.
• Course in teaching adults or experience in teaching adults or supervising nurse’s aides.
• Background check and drug test required on the contract; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing CTT instruction to students in designated areas.
• Motivate and counsel students on behavior, training and study habits.
• Coordinate with the training team to resolve training issues.
• Develop and prepare nursing lessons; recommend curricula changes.
• Participate in student performance evaluations and maintain records.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with data integrity policies.
