Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NA training preferred.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
• Operate and document using patient charting systems.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) and mobility.
• Monitor patient conditions and report variances to nurse in charge.
• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
