Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical patient care under the direction of the Licensed Nurse.
• Demonstrates competency in use of technology and computers for patient charting.
• Performs activities of daily living (showering, bathing, dressing, feeding, activity).
• Communicates abnormal variances of data (vital signs, pain) to appropriate staff.
• Collects information on patient condition (vital signs, intake/output, food intake).
• Participates in team huddles, hourly rounding, bedside reporting, and Service Excellence.
