Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience preferred.
• Graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and passed competency exam.
• Name entered into state nurse aide registry within 120 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Accurately perform and record vital signs, height and weight.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to a supervisor.
• Provide ADL assistance and palliative care as needed.
• Document and communicate timely and accurately.
