Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and resident safety.
• Take and document vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, therapy, and interdisciplinary team.
