Avalon Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pasco, WA is hiring a Nursing Assistant (NAR). Starting wage is $20.18/hour for full-time Day and Evening shifts, with CNA certification required within 120 days of hire.

You'll assist residents with daily activities, mobility, meals, and hygiene, support licensed staff, and help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and safety while pursuing certification and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR).
• Completion of CNA training program and clinicals.
• Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care.
• Ability to pass required employment screenings.

Responsibilities
