Stanley Post Acute is seeking a caring Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. This role welcomes recent CNA program graduates who are working toward CNA certification and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive setting.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with transfers, and collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and therapists to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Recently completed approved CNA program.
• Working toward CNA certification.
• Able to follow care plans and document care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety
• Take and document vital signs as directed
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
