Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients using basin-less bath products and assisting with oral hygiene.
• Assist with oral feeding and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from treatment centers and assist transporters with moving patients in stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and equipment.
• Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
