Job summary

Luxe Healthcare is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida for 12-hour shifts (7AM-7:30PM and 7PM-7:30AM). A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered. The CNA will assist patients with basic needs, monitor vitals, administer medications, and support mobility with walkers or wheelchairs.

Requirements include current CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior long-term or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Administer medications and document all medication administration in the patient's chart.
• Keep patient rooms clean and tidy.
• Help patients with mobility, including walkers or wheelchairs, and positioning them in beds or chairs.
• Record all care provided to patients accurately and timely.
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Respond to patient calls in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
