Dixie Tech is seeking a Nursing Assistant Adjunct Clinical Instructor to teach and supervise students during their clinical hours at multiple locations. You will deliver skills training for Nursing Assistant classes and model professional behavior as you guide students to develop the hands-on competencies needed in the healthcare industry.

This part-time role ranges from 12 to 28 hours weekly, with 12- or 9-hour shifts on clinical days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in industry required.
• Active RN License required.
• BSN preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and instruction for Nursing Assistant students during their clinical assignments.
• Deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Provide a variety of learning materials, methods, and resources to meet students' varying needs.
• Communicate clear objectives and well-defined competencies for the program.
• Use up-to-date resources and technology to support labs and instruction.
• Oversee student assignments and procedures at clinical sites.
• Evaluate students' progress as related to learning objectives.
• Maintain appropriate student records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team to maintain accreditation standards.
