• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Two years RN experience in the last five years preferred.
• Current active RN license in Kentucky or eligibility to practice in Kentucky.
• Drug screen may be required for clinical facilities.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students in clinical settings.
• Facilitate learning experiences using the nursing process and clinical judgement.
• Assess and provide timely feedback on student performance to promote success.
• Develop clinical reasoning, professional identity, and communication skills.
• Complete weekly clinical evaluations and participate in course meetings and site orientation.
