Nursing Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Surgical
Join us at Stillwater Medical Center as a Nursing Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Surgical. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Nurse Aides (NA) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) ready to grow in our Rehab Unit, helping patients develop skills to return home. Our team values compassion, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Position Details
- Full-time, 36 hours/week, night shift (7:00pm-7:00am)
- One weekend per month and holiday rotation
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Assist in patient care using technical nursing skills. Requirements include:
- Minimum age 18
- Completion of Nurse Assistant training or relevant healthcare experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Current CPR certification or completion within 30 days of employment
Physical Requirements
- Stamina for prolonged walking and standing
- Correctable vision and hearing
- Ability to lift at least 60 lbs., reach, pull, push, bend, and kneel
- Fine motor skills for patient care tasks
- Ability to work in a latex environment
