Responsibilities

• Admission/Transfer/Discharge support: prepare rooms, greet and escort patients, inventory possessions.
• Food service support: prepare meals, serve trays, assist with feeding, record intake, manage hydration.
• Personal nursing care: assist with activities of daily living, perform hygiene tasks, monitor vitals and sugar levels.
• Document care activities in the Electronic Medical Record and alert RN staff to abnormal findings.
