Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant for the night shift to provide personal care and maintain patient comfort on a busy acute care unit.

Under supervision of registered nurses, you may perform sitter duties. A MA CNA license, EMT license, or enrollment in a nursing program is required, with BLS certification upon hire and 1–2 years CNA experience preferred. Night shifts are 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• MA Certified Nurse Assistant License, EMT License, or enrollment in a nursing program with clinical hours required.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.
• 1–2 years CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to maintain physical comfort.
• Work under supervision and delegation of registered nursing staff.
• Sitter duties as assigned.
