UCI Health in Orange County is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff by taking vital signs, assisting with patient hygiene, and helping maintain a clean, safe unit.

You will also help stock supplies, operate hospital equipment as directed, perform routine clerical tasks, and support other duties as assigned. A current BLS certification and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic medical terminology
• Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or enrolled in accredited nursing program with clinical experience
• Ability to float between Orange and Irvine locations as needed
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in a therapeutic way
