Henry Ford Health Wyandotte Hospital is hiring a Nurse Assistant for a part-time night shift (7p-730a, 24hrs). Under the supervision of an RN, you will perform patient care tasks, contribute to care planning, and respond to emergencies to support a safe, comfortable patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program or nursing program with Fundamentals of Nursing or foreign trained RN without Michigan license or Medical Assistant program or at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Preferred CNA certification.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR at least one (1) year of previous experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
